From “La Perla Tapatia”, Nacho Rodríguez was born in a raining night, on the 5th of July 1981. At a young age he started drawing “TMNT” Ninja Turtles, GI Joe and Nintendo characters; as time passed and after an overdose of comics, cartoons, videogames and skateboarding, he studied Graphic Design at UNIVA University, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. There he found a whole new world of artists and illustrators from Humberto Ramos, Patricio Bet-teo, Frank Frazetta, Joe Madureira, Simon Bisley, Jim Phillips, Ed Roth, among other artists who inspired him to keep drawing. Nacho has worked with many companies making Illustrations like kids parties, Hats, Skate-boards, Clothing, etc.

Meno, sometimes Nacho or MenoTonik, keeps working and lives in San Francisco, Guanajua-to, México, with his wife, Ana and his two crazydog-pets “pika” and “negra”.

Nacho´s work is dynamic, consistent and entertaining, with the ability to adapt to the proyect aesthetics. His technique is digital, using sometimes pencil´s sketch-es and inks in some cases.
