TRUY XUẤT B&R PLC/POWERPANEL QUA OPC SERVER

Cho phép các chương trình OPC Client truy xuất ñến các biến bên trong B&R PLC/Powerpanel

Các phần mềm yêu cầu:

� Phần mềm B&R Automation Studio (ñề nghị version 3.0.90.18) � PVI version 3.0.2.3019 (Nâng cấp nếu cần � MobileOPCExplorer(MatrikonOPC OPC Explorer phiên bản chạy không cần cài ñặt)

2/ Các bước thực hiện

Tạo project mới

Trong Tab logic view nhấp chuột phải chọn Add object

Soạn một ñoạn mã ñơn giản

Khai báo 3 biến a, b, c ñể dùng

Nhấp chuột phải ñể Add object

Chọn New OPC Tag Declaration

Chọn và kéo các biến a, b, c vào cửa sổ OPCtest declaration

Trở qua tab Configuration View, nhấp chuột phải chọn Add object

Chọn và kéo các tag a,b c vào cửa sổ OPC Windows Mapping

Build project

Nếu build không bị lỗi

Nhấp Transfer ñể chuyển chương trình bào ARsim

Mở folder chủa OPCtest

Vào folder Temp

Copy file OPCtestWinOpcMap.opcs Vào chép vào folder C:\Program Files\BrAutomation\PVI\V3.00.02\Bin

ðổi tên thành BR.OPC.Server_OPCtestWinOpcMap.opcs Mở file BR.OPC.Server.ini Sửa ñổi hàng sau thành CfgFile0 = BR.OPC.Server_OPCtestWinOpcMap.opcs

Chạy MobileOPCExplorer lên

Chọn BR.OPC.Server_3.0_V1.14.13 chọn connect

Vấn ñề này là do chưa có Key

Chọn Add tags

Trở lại AS

Chọn Monitor ñể giám sát biến a, b, c
