I apologize for contacting you over this again. I'm a little confused about one thing in your response tome.

I'm not quite sure what you are claiming here. The '8048" is PRE-PRINTED with the AttorneyGeneral's RETURN ADDRESS on the envelope.

8048 is ONLY on the envelopes allegedly mailed from the Attorney General's Office. I have postedthese envelopes on my Blog at brockobitchreport.blogspot.com and on Twitter. You appear to claim the8048 is due to being run through a mail machine and is on other envelopes.

The only thing I'm showing the Attorney General's envelopes share with NH DES Envelopes is thePitney Bowes Serial numbers. For instance, an envelope mailed from the Governor's Office onJuly 28, 2014 shows in the postage insignia owned by the Federal Government, Pitney BowesSerial Number 0004270216.

This same serial number can be seen in the postage insignia on an envelope mailed from NH DESon June 12, 2014, which contained a letter from Vicki Quiram.

This same serial number can be seen in the postage insignia on an envelope mailed from theExecutive Branch Ethics Committee in an Attorney General's Office envelope showing 8048 in thereturn address on July 22, 2014.

This particular Serial Number shows that these envelopes were run through the same Pitney BowesPostage Machine. There are 2 other serial numbers showing on envelopes mailed from the AttorneyGeneral's Office and NH DES around the same exact time. We believe these Pitney Bowes machines tobe located at NH DES. Or within that same building, which is 2 miles away from the AG's Office.

So, could you kindly provide me with an address of where this Central Mailing Facility is, and a contactname??

Actually, I know you wished Vincenzo good luck in scheduling an appointment with an attorney at theAttorney General's Office, but due to the inconsistent and evasive answers we keep getting, I think it'sbest that we get that appointment with an attorney, preferably someone in charge.

Do you think you could assist with that? I'd just walk back into the AG's Office, but our last meetingwas a little scary when you yelled at me for wanting to report a crime being committed by NH DESemployees.

Mr Pellino received his right to know request, I believe all documents were included on the CD, which you hadwith you when you stopped by the office. If you want a hard copy of the file I will check to see what the cost forthat will be.

Regarding your claim that you received a death threat that is a matter you should report to the local authoritieswhere the threat took place.

With respect to your concerns for the Chartier and Loring families, as victims they would need to report theirallegations to proper authorities.

Since you were very clear to me on April 22, 2015 that you stalked my blog, whenyou outright prevented me from reporting a crime, there is no possibility you missedthe Extortion committed by DES Staff against Nate and Jenny Chartier, the owner's ofAbigail's Bakery out of Weare, NH nor could you have missed the same crime beingattempted upon Jacqueline Loring, a single mother who had 7 children in her home,one with Downe's Syndrome being threatened by Michael Bedard, his Brother, MarkThompson AND DES Staff-for the Consumer Fraud committed by Michael Bedard andhis Brother. I know what a crime is Investigator Tracy, and these are clearly crimes.

March 2015 we had mailed 2 right to know requests. One was for a copy of the closed file youclaimed you had been investigating, and the other was for a copy of a datestamped Subpoena that was never served upon a state employee.

To date, none of this information has been received.

Starting May 2014 Vincenzo has received numerous letters mailed to him in Massachusetts. Each andevery single envelope mailed to Vincenzo from the Attorney General's Office showsDepartment 8048 in the return address.

Ethics Committee wouldn't use AG Envelopes with Department 8048 in the return address.The Environmental Protection Bureau is Department 8048. The Civil Bureau is Department8048. The Criminal Bureau is Department 8048. It's not possible Investigator Tracy that all

of these separate bureaus are department 8048. Especially the Executive Branch EthicsCommittee.

Although you attempted to claim it was my imagination, all of the Attorney General's Officemailings are sharing the same exact Pitney Bowes machines as the Fraudulent letters mailed byNH DES Staff. But each agency has their own postage meters, and he Post Office confirmedthey pick up the mail at different locations. The Department of Justice would not allow their mail toco-mingle with everyone else's mail. With that said, and the astronomical amount of completelyFALSE information contained in all the letters that were mailed, this is mail fraud.

DES Staff extorted approximately $137K from Nate and Jenny Chartier. They assisted inextorting approximately $7K from Jacqueline Loring. They attempted to extort more. Thiscannot go unpunished.

In the first letter received from you, or Kerry Barnsley, Vincenzo was told claims forRacketeering was a matter for the FBI. But New Hampshire has it's own Racketeering laws.However, with the mail fraud, it is now a Federal matter.

We still need a copy of that complaint you did not investigate. There was a Fraudulent Motionfiled via mail in 2 court cases to assist in extortion. I don't understand the delay. Please let meknow when the file will be available. Also, I have not received a follow up to the DEATH THREATAGAINST ME. I heard it. Please do not quote from my transcription of that audio
