Here's a compilation of Qur'anic excerpts and Salawats tried and tested by Awliyah in order to see our Beloved Prophet,Sayyidunā RasūlAllāh (sall Allāhu 'alaīyhi wa ālihi wa sallam) in our dream. It's called "al-Kunooz al-Muhammadiyya Li Ru'yati Khayril Bariyya" and the text is fully in Arabic - if you can't understand Arabic but can at least read the script - this will still be beneficial for you as you can read what is to be recited as it is in bold - In'sha'ALLAH.
