•Tratamento por 12 semanas na maioria dos pacientes;
•SOF+DCV ou SOF+SMV: •NÃO precisa diferenciar o tratamento entre GT 1a/1b nem entre naïve e experimentado a PEG+RBV;
•RBV parece não adicionar eficácia em não cirróticos
Conclusões: GT1 cirrótico
• Evidências apontam para:• SOF/DCV+RBV 12 semanas (PCDT)• SOF/DCV ± RBV 24 semanas (PCDT: Child B/C e experimentado a IP)• SOF/SMV ± RBV 12 semanas (Child A “bom”)
• Subgenotipagem e história prévia de tratamento não têm impacto substancial nas taxas de RVS com SOF/DCV ou SOF/SMV
• Perfil de segurança: favorável em todos os subgrupos
