Ciclo del agua 1

La Tierra tiene una cantidad limitada de agua,

El agua se mantiene girando y girando...

Esto es a lo que llamamos el Ciclo del Agua.

The Earth has a limited amount of water.

That water keeps going around and around...

This is what we call the Water Cycle.

Evaporation/Evaporación

Es cuando el sol calienta el agua en rios , lagos

u océanos y se convierte en vapor de agua o

vapor . El vapor de agua o vapor sale de los ríos,

lagos u océanos y va dentro del aire.

Is when the sun heats up water in rivers or lakes

or the ocean and turns it into vapour or steam.The

water vapour or steam leaves the river , lake or

ocean and goes into the air.

Condensation/Condensación

El vapor de agua en el aire se enfría y pasa de

nuevo a las nubes.

Esto se llama Condensación.

The water vapour in the air gets cold and changes

back into liquid, formando las nubes.

This is called Condensation.

Precipitacion/Precipitación

Ocurre cuando mucha agua se condensa en el aire

que ya no la puede mantener . Las nubes se

vuelven pesadas y el agua cae de nuevo a la tierra

en forma de lluvia , granizo , nieve o agua-nieve.

Occurs when so much water has condensed that

the air cannot hold it anymore . The clouds get

heavy and water falls back to the earth in the form

of rain , hail , sleet or snow .

Collection / Recopilacion

Cuando el agua cae de nuevo a la tierra llueve,

puede caer de nuevo a los océanos , lagos o rios.

When water falls back to earth as precipitation, it

may fall back in the oceans , lakes or rivers.

Infiltration/Infiltración

Cuando el agua acaba de caer en la Tierra:

- Se introduce en la Tierray comienza a formar parte del barro.

When water ends up on lands:

- It soaks into the Earth and becomes part ofthe ground water.

Run off / Brotación

Estas van a las raíces y se conserva en los océanos ,

lagos o ríos.

Or it runs over the soil and collects in the oceans,

lakes or rivers.

… y el ciclo empieza de nuevo!!!… and the cycle starts all over again!!!
