Respuestas que deberíamos de contestar en la parte de Impacto: • The expected impacts listed in the work programme under the relevant topic; • Enhancing innovation capacity and integration of new knowledge; • Strengthening the competitiveness and growth of companies by developing innovations meeting the needs of European and global markets, and where relevant, by delivering such innovations to the markets; • Any other environmental and socially important impacts; • Effectiveness of the proposed measures to exploit and disseminate the project results (including management of IPR), to communicate the project, and to manage research data where relevant.

Redacción del apartado impacto: Template 2. Impact
2.1. Expected impact
• Expected impact listed in the work programme: Vamos listando uno a uno cada uno de los impactos citados intentando plasmar la necesidad actual y cómo el proyecto en cuestión da respuesta a éstos. Intentando cuantificar y siendo concretos.
10 (23/10/2014)
2.2. Measures to maximise impact a) Dissemination and exploitation results

2.2. Measures to maximise impact b) Communication Activities

Cómo: Tightly couple research with innovation!!!!
• Address Research and Innovation from lab to market
• Encourage both incremental and disruptive innovation
• Consider a closer relationship between research and entrepreneurship
• Put SMEs in the lead in delivering innovations to the market.
• Keep in mind that evaluators from the business and investor domains will probably be involved in the selection process (e.g. Investors (VCs, BAs) and market experts)
• Consider coupling the last phases of your project with cumulative funding: access to risk capital for innovative SMEs & midcaps
• Ensure a clear emphasis on innovation EVERYWHERE in your proposal!!!

4. COMPETENCIA
Diferenciarse!!
• Oversubscription is usual
• Broader Topics!!!
• “fewer calls and topics, generally broader, range of possible approaches”
• “changes in the proposal evaluation procedure, particulary in terms of the make-up and briefing of panels of experts”
“It is now clear that Horizon 2020 will
be implemented and evaluated in ways
that are quite different to the past, and
that the emphasis on innovation across
the entire programme will have several
implications for those writing proposals.
Understanding these will be key for
those interested in preparing
successful proposals”…
Keep up to date!!!!

5. SINERGIAS con otros fondos
Proposals for Research & Innovation and for Innovation Actions should include an outline of the initial exploitation and business plans, which will be developed further in the proposed project. For these topics, these initial plans may address private funds, or assess synergies and possible cumulative funding with relevant national / regional research and innovation programmes and/or European Structural and Investment Funds related to smart specialisation strategies. For this purpose the tools provided by the Smart Specialization Platform, Eye@RIS322 may be useful. The results of these activities as well as the envisaged further activities in this respect should be described in the final report of the project.
