3. Contractul de vnzare cumparare

Un contract comercial ncepe de obicei cu propria descriere, de

exemplu PREZENTUL CONTRACT, dupa care urmeaza

partile contractului si data. Apoi pot urma definitiile unor

cuvinte folosite n mod frecvent n contract si textul introductiv

care prezinta detalii privind istoricul sau scopul contractului.

WHEREAS sau WITNESSETH pot fi folosite n acest context

pentru a introduce informatiile privind tranzactia pe care cele

doua parti doresc sa o ncheie.
