Guardian Bindery (100% hand-worked from start to finish) book binding pricing list:

- Pricing starts at $45.00 USD for each hand-sewn book (in signatures or oversewn), up to 15 signatures/comics or 3/4 inch (2 cm) of

loose pages (I can sew together as many as you like, however I would strongly suggest not going over 2 ½ inches (6 ½ cm) in book

thickness). This includes 3 stamped lines of text on spine (in either Serif or Sans-Serif fonts, and can stamp in gold, silver, black,

white, red, blue, green, other common colors, just ask), decorative stamped lines on spine, and head & foot cloth bands on book block.

- Each additional signature or extra 1/8 inch (3 mm) of loose pages is $5.00 USD each (I recommend limiting to 20 signatures or 1 ½

inch (4 cm) of loose pages max per book).

- For cover material stock, I utilize buckram or leather in various colors (ask for color availability).

- Extra lines of stamped texts add $10.00 USD each line.

- Staples/pages removal add $10.00 USD per book assembly.

- I can custom “re-fold & pre-trim” pages at $20.00 USD per hour (I do offer a re-folding option to strategically re-fold certain “off-

center” pages for a minimum loss of text/art near the books’ edges. Block trimmimg of the entire book is included in the book price).

- Each ribbon bookmark is $5.00 USD if requested.

- Slipcases start at $50.00 USD each.

- Shipping & handling (from the U.S.A.) is determined on a case-by-case basis (averages to $12 conus, $45 elsewhere for two roughly

one-inch books, USD).

- and of course, I honor special binding requests.
