Our Form two girls visited schools in Liannan, northern Guangdong, as voluntary teachers; The Form five girls also visited orphanages in Cambodia. Not only did the tours enlighten local students, our girls also realised happiness could be simple.本校全級中二同學前往粵北連南義教，幫助當地山區兒童提升學習水平；中五同學則前往柬埔寨探訪當地孤兒院，從當地純樸的民風中領悟到快樂的真諦。

• Study Tours外地交流

To enhance students’ understanding of national affairs, study tours to Inner Mongolia, Taiwan, Beijing and Xi’an co-organized by the school and La Salle College were held.本校與上海外國語言大學附屬外國語學校、中國人民大學附屬中學舉辦互訪交流計劃。

Study tours to Malaysia, Singapore and Fukui Prefecture, Japan were organized to allow students first-hand experiences in rural and urban development of nearby countries. 本校舉辦馬來西亞、新加坡、日本福井縣研習團，讓學生實地探究城市規劃及鄉郊農業活動，了解生態保育之重要。

• Exchange Programmes交流計劃

Joint-school exchange programmes were held with Shanghai Foreign Language School and the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China. 本校與上海外國語言大學附屬外國語學校、中國人民大學附屬中學舉辦互訪交流計劃。

Students from Russia, Italy, France, Finland, Germany, Japan and Thailand were admitted to the school via our one-year exchange programme. 來自俄羅斯、意大利、法國、德國、芬蘭、日本、泰國等交流生入讀本校。

• International Competitions 國際比賽

Our Cantonese, English and Putonghua debating teams represented Hong Kong in international debating competitions held in the UK, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Suzhou, Beijing and other regions.粵語、英語及普通話辯論隊代表香港前往英國、馬來西亞、泰國、台灣、蘇州、北京等地參與多項國際辯論賽。

Students also represented Hong Kong in international science competitions and exchange tours held in the USA, Denmark, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. 本校同學代表香港遠赴美國、丹麥、日本、韓國及台灣參與世界科學比賽及交流活動，擴闊視野。

International training programmes were held for our basketball, volleyball and badminton teams members.籃球隊、排球隊及羽毛球隊參與國際集訓計劃。

The School Choir, String Orchestra, Symphonic Band attended international competitions held in Japan, Ireland, Slovakia and Vienna. 合唱團、管弦樂團及管樂團遠赴日本、愛爾蘭、斯洛伐克及維也納參與多項國際音樂比賽。

Exchange tours to Singapore’s Raffles Junior College and Nanyang Girls’ High School were held for the School’s Chinese Orchestra and Diocesan Boys’ School Chinese Orchestra.中樂團和拔萃男書院國樂會赴新加坡與萊佛士書院、南洋女子中學作中樂交流。

協恩於我，好比一名玉匠，細細雕琢手中的每塊玉石，使每個學生都能擁有屬於自己的瑰麗光采。 在協恩，我們從不缺機會。縱使我個性沉靜，也有幸成為攝影學會、普通話大使等團體的一份子；升上中五時，更有幸肩負首席學生長、射箭隊隊長、校刊設計師之職。種種經歷不但令我學會在壓力中迎難而上，更讓我結交了不少甘苦與共的知己，成為人生路上的良伴。 在協恩，我們又能找到自己的路向。在這裏，學習從不囿於教室-六年間，母校容我嘗試各類的文學創作，又給予我多次演講的機會，令我從中發掘到自己對語言濃厚的興趣，最終決定修讀翻譯系，與文字結伴。是協恩教會了我，人的出路並不是單一的，只要你想，便能走出自己的康莊大道，揮灑出屬於你的旖旎光華。感謝協恩！

協恩，從來都不是一個優勝汰劣的地方；這裡總會為每位學生提供機會，讓他們得以成長。儘管我的學業成績不算最頂尖，但協恩依然讓我找到自己的價值。還記得中三加入中文辯論隊時，我既沒有絕佳的天份，也沒有豐富經驗。但師姐、老師和教練並沒有將我拒之門外，反而不斷鼓勵我嘗試挑戰自己。在我對自己有所質疑時時，他們仍然讓我代表學校出賽，對我的進步加以肯定。直至中五，我有幸成為隊長，老師和教練更是不斷提醒我作為領袖的責任。在中辯隊的經驗和得著，讓我能更自信地迎接不同挑戰。 要平衡學業及課外活動，老師的支持更是不可或缺。當我面對時間管理的困難，老師們都會不厭其煩地給予我建議。尤其在大學聯招前，老師更仔細地幫助我分析每個選項的前景及優劣，讓我可以更有方向地選出學科。

協恩十分支持學生的全人發展，並提供多元機會讓我們發掘潛能。還記得當年被協恩錄取時，我並沒有任何特別的技能，既不是運動健將，亦不是樂團的成員。起初，我還真打算把心一橫專注讀書罷了，但協恩就是提供著各式各樣的學習機會，絕不會忽略任何一位學生。中一時，我參加了由中文辯論隊舉辦的班際辯論賽，由起初對辯論毫無認識，漸漸對其產生濃厚的興趣，最終有幸成為辯論隊的隊員，在中五時更成為了中文辯論隊隊長。要不是當時的一個學習機會，我根本不可能知悉自己的潛能，遑論往後的學習與成長了。不論學生的興趣和能力，協恩總能給予廣泛的選擇，真正有助學生發展潛能。趙小婷

協恩有著很濃厚的運動體育氛圍，這正是我們能在各項運動賽事有卓越成績的關鍵。除了熱門的運動如籃球﹑排球和羽毛球等，學校亦設有其他較冷門的項目如投球﹑壘球及保齡球等的運動興趣班予同學們參與。有時候，運動員為著參加學界或國際賽事難免缺席課堂。然而，老師常會製作教學錄像，讓我們在比賽後、重拾書本時觀看，也會主動為我們補課，確保我們能同時兼顧學業及校外賽事。

Ever since the first sports team was established in 1978, Heep Yunn School has continually broken new ground in its achievement in sports. In the year of 2019, we have come to the thirty-fifth consecutive victory in winning the BOCHK Bauhinia Bowl. The BOCHK Bauhinia Bowl, previously known as the Omega Rose Bowl and dated back to 1965, represents the Champion in overall sports achievements among Hong Kong Girls’ Schools. In the course of securing victory, our students have also developed some distinctive personal qualities – they demonstrate perseverance in the tough training, humility in the highly competitive matches and resourcefulness under their packed schedules. Throughout the years, every member of the Heep Yunn family has worked as one, and together we have strived hard to achieve our goal. Currently, Heep Yunn School houses 23 sports teams. Apart from the full range of traditional sports like Athletics, Basketball, new sports teams such as the Archery Team, Football Team and Rugby Team were introduced in the past few years. In Heep Yunn, diversified co-curricular activities is an essential part of our holistic education.

自 1978 年運動校隊成立伊始，協恩中學在運動場上屢創佳績。在 2019 年，我們更創下連續三十五年蟬聯中銀香港紫荊盃的紀錄。中銀香港紫荊盃（前身為歐米茄玫瑰盃）成立於 1965 年，是一項專為香港學界體育聯會轄下港島及九龍地域分會會員學校而設的獎項，每年頒發予該年度各體育比賽項目中表現最全面及優秀的學校。 在競賽的過程中，協恩的學生展現了許多優秀的特質，包括在艱苦的訓練中仍能保持堅定的意志，在激烈的競爭中懂得虛心學習，在緊密的訓練中妥善地運用時間。多年來，協恩中學一眾師生，秉持著努力不懈的精神，團結致志，追求卓越。 現時，協恩中學共有 23 隊運動校隊。除了像田徑、游泳、籃球等傳統主流運動項目，我們亦在近年先後成立了欖球隊、足球隊、射箭隊等不同校隊。我們深信，繽紛多元的聯課活動，是全人發展的重要基石。
