You  are  invited  for  free  monthly  teleclasses    of  the  ICF  Team  and  Group  Coaching

TOPICS  This  group  is  focused  on  the  challenges,  methodologies  and  successes  of  team,  group  and  organiza8on  coaching.  Some  examples  of  topics:  •  What  is  team  coaching  ?  •  The  role,  skills,  a4tude  and  mission  of  a  team  coach  ?  •  Team  analysis  and  –  development  •  Team  interven<ons  •  Intervision  •  Conflict  coaching  •  What  do  we  mean  by  teams  as  living  systems  or  organisms  and  how  can  we  

coach  them  ?  •  How  do  they  fit  (or  not)  into  the  larger  organiza<on  ?  •  What  are  the  (hidden)  dynamics  between  individuals,  the  team  they  belong  to,  

and  the  organiza<on  the  team  belongs  to  ?  •  How  do  balances  work  in  all  this  ?  •  Your  ques<on  !

•  Started  early  2014  with  the  first  tele-­‐classes.  

•  The  very  first  call  in  February  2014  had  13  par8cpants,  and  the  purpose  was  just  to  listen  to  the  wishes  of  the  par8cipants  in  terms  of  topics.  

•  Since  then,  this  Community  has  known  a  prosperous  qualita8ve  and  quan8ta8ve  growth:  –  From  13  à  env.  30  par8cpants  each  sessions  –  Great,  interac8ve  speakers  –  Great,  interac8ve  par8cipants  –  The  Linkedin  Group  has  grown  to  +400  members  –  Also  a  distribu8on  list  has  been  built  up  with  +100  people  (in  general  1/3  of  

these  always  par8cipate)  –  CCEU’S  are  provided.
