Robert Matthews has worked with me for the last 10 years, and directly reporting to me
for the past two years. During this period I found him to be conscientious, dedicated,
hardworking and reliable. Robert had worked in the piping design office as a senior
piping designer, but was always willing to take on additional work when required, like
