METHOD
Prosecco (Glera) grapes grown on clay and gravel soils, hand-harvested in
September. Traditional long Charmat fermentation method in stainless steel
tanks.
TASTING NOTES
Bright yellow colour with persistent bubbles. Subtle aroma of acacia flowers,
apples and lemons; good structure on the palate, full-bodied and long.
