homelessness in Centre

Wellington?

While not as visible as homelessness in urban centres,

our homeless often “couch

surf”…

…set up

shelter in

hidden spots until they are

moved on…

…or consider seeking “better”opportunity in larger cities.

We work to build

circles of support for

homeless youth...

…so that they have fewer barriers to staying in their own community, rather than…

hitting the streets of larger cities, where the dangers

awaiting

them are far

more preva

lent and

widespread

.
