CONCLUSIÓN

En el presente trabajo de investigación pudimos constatar fehacientemente

el daño que se generó en un edificio , ubicado en la comuna de Santiago Centro,

a causa de un fuerte sismo ocurrido el 28 de febrero del 2010.

Por el análisis desarrollado podemos deducir que la causa del gran deterioro fue

principalmente un mal cálculo de enfierradura y un hormigón con una resistencia

inadecuada.
