• FIELD WORKS/Description of the egg banks principally in

temporary systems, Increasing in the last years also permanent

systems (Shallow lakes) and coastal lagoons

• Determination of best methodologies (ex situ) to succeed with

eclosion of individuals from sediments.

• Separation of eggs Identification (sugar flotation method)

•Generation of keys

• Experimental approaches to determine which factors (cues)

influence eclosion (temeperature, light, predators)
