To find the 1st customer who will paywith the currency of his/her Attention or Money!

Based on my 1st hypothesis,

I made a message and the banner slots.

And 3 hours later...

OK. give me one slot. I will pay ¥1 ...

My 1st hypothesis was proved as TRUE!

I won 1st paying customer.

MVP #1 worked

Got 1 paying customer! Yea!

And 4 hours later...

And the 1st customer gives feedback like

this...

I believe more users will show up,

if you were credible.

So I went to take a photo of myself. And did some photoshop

on it! And ...

And 6 hours later...

“The photo will boost the credibility of mine!And it will lead to more users. And more users will lead to more customers.”

2nd Hypothesis is...

PV went up!OK. I found

the right track!Wanna more!

And 12 hours later...

Feedbacks from users sayit’s not Japanese at all. & who keep complaining

same problem are huge.

It seems the most users of mine

are Japanese! Let’s fix their problem

for them!

And 24 hours later...

“My product fits to the Japanese market. And it is viable for this business for now.”3rd Hypothesis is...

And 54 hours later...

“Thanks to my MVPs & the tests with them,

I’ve got the datas prove that I’m still on the right track & found my market to fit in & making revenue from it!”

“Small but viable start for me!”

And that was the end of the story of

Yoshida San.Doing MVP took less than 54 hours to prove your business idea.

...In near future

My growth graph became flat.
