CORN-FLAKES GOOD OR BAD???

Good Low in fats Ready to eat Contains essential Vitamins Less calorie dense ( around 100 kcal ) Tasty

BAD Many people eat corn flakes to lose weight or reduce harmful belly fat. It

was found that HFCS ( High fructose corn syrup) which may leads to the following:

high GI carbohydrates May promote fat storage Low protein content in corn flakes.

WHAT SHOULD I EAT??? Aim for 350 to 500 calories balanced, healthy breakfast calories. It should contain complex carbs, protein , little fats , more of fibre,

minerals and vitamins. Avoid coffee Corn flakes or fruits or milk alone cannot provide you with all the

nutrients but a combination of all this along with nuts and a piece of chocolate will ensure that you get the right daily start.
