Ham croquette

INGREDIENTS200 g of ham1 clove garlic100 g flour100 g butter1 l of milk parsley3 eggsbread crumbsolive oil

ELABORATION First wash your hands and prepare the

ingredients. Second cut the butter and set it to melt in

a casserole. Then chop the garlic clove and add it to

the casserole. Next fry for 5-6 minutes and incorporates

the chopped ham

Later, add flour and fry well. Then sprinkle with chopped parsley and

spread the dough on a source. Next spread the surface with a little

butter. A little later, when the dough is cold, cut

and shape the croquettes. Finally, enharina, passes egg and grated

bread, fried in hot oil.
