• There are 10 tables – each focused on major areasof interest to our participants this evening.

• Select a table to begin• We’ve encouraged a mix of business / functional /

technical people at each table

Working Sessions

• There will be two 45 minute working sessions• That means you can choose two different

areas of interest:– one for working session 1, and– a different one for working session 2

• Choose what works for you• Demand

– if the demand is greater for one area of interest – we’ll adjust the tables

– if the demand is less for one area of interest – we’ll adjust the tables

– if a new area pops up with lots of interest – we’ll adjust the tables

Guidance

• There are worksheets on every table

• They are there for guidance – not a prescription

• The questions on the worksheets are for:

– your knowledge, needs, and experience

– your opinions and beliefs

– there are no right or wrong answers

• There is also info on these worksheets that explains the Town of Oakville’s planned IT Projects – so that you know what might already be in the works

• There are table leads at every table to provide guidance / coaching to help keep you moving
