•  Nearly 70% of respondents were between 41 and 55 years old.

Conclusions • Attendees were generally unbothered by having to take the shuttle. They also liked the “family, slower-paced-feel” of the Rec Park.

• The majority of non-attendees focused on transportation/shuttle skepticism.

• The largest segment of ArcelorMittal Dofasco employees (41-55) no longer have young children – is there an opportunity to improve for this group?
