    Mr. Meligy worked in Italy with ABB Asea Brown Boveri head quarter in Milan also in Zurich and supported company branches and projects around the MEA region. Mr. Meligy also worked in Algeria, Jordan, Yemen and KSA for process mapping of several businesses for government and public /private sector.

    Transformation

    5- Cost and payment

    4-1- Per month open consulting with fixed 2 days 20k and days in factory and in Cairo

    4-2- Per day project based i.e. 100k for one year based on progress

    4-3- Per day project open duration based on reported days @2000 LE per day

    4-4- Per objective (based on a greed amount on objectives)

    4-5- The assignment could be started in parallel based on agreement or if the work is average it can take the following form of standard stages (see diagram)

    Estimated 50% paid at any of these items; other amounts are calculated and paid monthly. Some amounts paid per milestone. Otherwise, based on negotiated agreement with the client such as 30% upfront, 30% delivery and approved planning, 30% at end of implementation and 10% after month of final delivery.
