• Η προσέγγιση αυτή του ταυτόχρονου σχεδιασμού και πιλοτικής λειτουργίας του business model αποτελεί μια σύγχρονη ευέλικτη πρακτική (agile development)

• οτιδήποτε «καινούργιο» είναι ένα στοίχημα (hypothesis) που χρήζει επαλήθευσης σε πραγματικές συνθήκες αγοράς.

• Με τον τρόπο αυτό μειώνεται το ρίσκο περαιτέρω επένδυσης όπου δεν διαφαίνεται θετική προοπτική από τη πιλοτική τους επιβεβαίωση.
