2-2. Balanced elliptical shale shaker: GNPS series balanced elliptical shale shaker is the fourth

generation patented shale shaker introduced by GN and Southwest Petroleum University. It is the top

advanced shale shaker in the world.

● In 2009,This Shaker research project got approval from National Technology Commission and gets

the “National Technology Progress” Award.

● GNPS balanced elliptical shale shaker designed from uneven diameter principle, and applied patent

successfully; comparing with oversea famous companies’ even diameter principle, both theoretically

and practically, GN patented shaker is better.

● For treating the oil drilling fluids, the balanced elliptical motion shaker is 20%-30% bigger then linear

motion shaker, discharging speed is 10%-20% faster; For resisting the “screen stuck”, “screen paste”

“horseshoe effect” ,the balanced elliptical motion shaker is much more effective.

cones are8”, 10”, and 12”, mainly separate 47~76μm particle out. According to customers’

SB series sand pump gives power to desander, desilter and jet mud mixer. It can be assistant pump

of mud pump to be well head feeding pump. The specifications designation take matched

11. Submersible Slurry Pump

YZ series submersible slurry pump is with structure of vertical

single stage and single suction overhung centrifugal pump, it

is made of abrasion-resistant alloy, it can convey medium

with high concentration particles. There is no bearing and

Gland Seal between impeller and pump body, so it is

maintenance-free and high temperature resistance, it is the

ideal equipment to provide impetus for desander, desilter and centrifuge

JBQ series mud agitator adopted turbo and worm gearing-down, it have the merits of larger

torque transmission, operation steady, work reliable. It has two kinds of installation method,

14. Mud Gas Separator

ZYQ series mud gas separator is the professional equipment to process the gas

cut drilling mud..The proportion and viscosity of the gas cut mud will emerge large

deviation, it can not meet the requirement of drilling. More seriously, it will result in

kick, even blowout accident occurred. Mud gas separator combined with ignition

device can be used to process the gas-cut drilling mud effectively and timely.

ZYQ series mud gas separator is divided into manual-control and auto-control

according to the operation method.

16. Mud Tank, Water Tank, Oil Tank

We can design and manufacture mud tank, water tank and oil tank of FG,ZG,YG type according

to the customer’s requirements. The tank body is structured of panel or Wall on the tank,

walkway and stairs is made of skid-proof steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet produced by

professional manufacturers; the guard rail is made of square tube, with Barrier-free and folding

structure, stable inserting and connecting. There is water pipe line to clean the tank and

equipments; We can make standard sand proof and rain-proof shed ,and we can set heater pipe

line in the tank.

GN adopt particular screen production technology, using materials of SS304 or SS316 for wire mesh, we
