Pool sharing

Monthly National Pool sharing1% of the total load sales of the entire company will be allotted for the monthly profit sharing of our company.If for example total load sales of the company for the month is 100million, 1Million will be allotted for profit share that month

This pool will be divided to 4 groups of people1. 30% will be divided among MS, CS and company 0012. 30% will be divided among load qualifiers (to be discussed later)3. 30% will be divided among all walled members (in the binary side)4. 10% will be promos and rewards for top3 in recruitment for that month

National Pool sharingAgain, if 1million is for profit sharing, 30% is 300k. If we have 20 mobile stockist (1 share), 5 city stockist (4 shares), 4 company 01 (4 shares each) Then 20MS + (5x4)CS + (4x4)01 = 56 shares in all300k / 56 = Php5,357.14

Each Mobile stockist will receive Php5,357.14Each City Stockist will receive Php21,428.56Each company 01 will receive Php21,428.56 for that month the company was able to sell 100Million worth of load

National Pool sharing

Again, if 1million is for profit sharing, 30% is 300k.Next group of people who will divide these are as follows:1. They need to have at least 4 direct supreme accounts2. They have maintained their top account for Php50003. For every 1 million sales of his entire organization from level1-10, he

is qualified for 1 share4. All qualifiers with their corresponding shares will be the ones

dividing this portion of the profit share.

National Pool sharingAgain, if 1million is for profit sharing, 30% is 300k.

This will only be divided among all the dealers that experienced walling in the binary side.

If for example for the month 100 million load sales were attained and only one person got walled, He will receive the entire 300k.If more than one person got walled, their respective share is determined in proportion to the number of times they got walled that month.

This will be awarded to the top 3 in direct referral for the monthStandard are computed 1 point, builder 3 points, supreme 9 pointsRewards for top 3 can be trip for 2 to HK Disneyland all expenses paid for the top, 3days 2nights local tour for the 2nd and 3rd
