핫멜트는 물이나 용제를 전혀 사용하지 않고 100% 열가소성수지(thermoplas-

tic-resin)를 사용하여 고온에서 액상으로 피착제에 도포, 압착후 수초 내에 냉각

고화되면서 접착력을 발휘하는 열용융 접착제로서 당사에서는 핫멜트 중에서도 이

분야 기술의 최첨단이라고 할 수 있는 자동차 램프 조립용 제품은 국내에서는 물론

해외 시장에서도 고도화되고 정밀한 제품으로 검증되고 평가받고 있습니다.

Industry requires a very forgiving adhesives, maintaining higher bonding strength, better weath-

ering, faster set time and applicable to more and many substrate.

On top of this, environmental conservation including energy saving is also strongly required to the

property of adhesives.

Meeting these industrial and the timely requirement is more than important for us and synthesis

or polymerization to have a certain property is our daily job. Ever increasing investment for R&D

freshes our capability to better products.

Hot Melt Adhesives are, with no solvent at all, using 100% thermoplastic

resin, applied to the substrate at high temperature, then pressed to complete

bonding, which sets in a second. It is very much special that our HMA is highly

appreciated by car industry as they are happy with our consistent quality of

head and rear lamp adhesives, as they are maintaining flexible bonding

strength for years after years through very hot and very cold weather.

We are trying to develop new product for more convenient and efficient adhesive so that we need

동시에 고체화되면서 접착력을 발휘합니다. 핫멜트는 순간적으로 접착을 완료시킴으로서 자동화 라인에

Hot melt adhesive(HMA) is solid thermoplastic and is applied in liquid phase after being heated to the required level as abated in specification. HMA contributes to the better and faster automation as adhesion is completed within a few seconds, thus increasing productivity and quality. MCS corporation has experience over a decade in bindery series of SUNIMELT and enjoys high market reputation.
