same region throughout the world, including energy, alumina, smelter, plate & forging,

aluminum extrusion, aluminum sheet, strip and foil, etc.

Nanshan Light Alloy Co., Ltd., founded in 2001, is one of integrated aluminum and

aluminum alloy high-precision sheet, strip and foil processing enterprises, composed of

four plants: melting & casting plant, hot rolling plant, cold rolling plant and foil plant.

World class melting and casting lines - made by Wagstaff, equipped with high level degassing and filtration system.

Casting capacity is 800 kMT/a, cast rolling ingot weight is up to 34 metric tons.

Cold Rolling Plant

2 high speed cold mills with 6 high CVC system ，total capacity 250KMT/a, made by SMS.

One Three-Stand Tandem Cold Rolling Mill

Three-stand tandem cold rolling mill was jointly made by SMS and ABB with total capacity of 360kt/a, formally went into production in September,2012. This is the first Three-Stand tandem cold rolling mill in China.

Coating Line

Coating line was imported from FATA Italy. This line adopts a closed loop automatic control system, which has the highest quality capability of any coating line in the world. It has non-chromed treatment process, single color for both sides, mainly used

for can end and tab stock surface coating. Product width range 910 to 1,800mm，thickness range 0.15 to 0.5mm.

Equipped with 4 foil mills, 2000mm roll width, made by ACHENBACH Germany,

40kMT/a capacity. Another new foil plant with 40kMT/a capacity will put into

production in 2016.

NEW FOIL PLANT

A new foil rolling plant is currently under construction. Production is to begin at the Mid of

2016. Total annual capacity for this new foil facility will be 40 kMT/a.
