The Zone is located in the center of the city group of Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Wenzhou. The Yangtze river delta regional industry development planning was approved by State Council in May, 2010. Relying on the Jia-Shao cross-bay bridge and closing to Shanghai, Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone has become the important block of Yangtze river delta regional industry development. The Zone is located in the center of Hangzhou Bay, which is the golden platform for future industry development of Zhejiang Province. So the policy and key element guarantee will be supported fully.

The Zone is located in the center of the city group of Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Wenzhou

The distance from the Zone to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International airport or Ningbo airport is about 40 min

The distance to Ningbo Beilun Port is 84 nautical miles, to Shanghai Port is 108 nautical miles

Jia-Shao cross-bay bridge was open to traffic on July 19 th, 2013, and the south bridge site is in the Zone. By this way, we just need 1 and a half hour to go to Shanghai by car.

8000 tons port now is under construction and 3000 temporary tons port is ready for use

Hu-Hang-Yong high-speed rail was open to traffic formally on July 1st, 2013. The Zone to Hangzhou, Ningbo is 20 min, to Shanghai 1 hour and 10 min

开发区淡水资源充足，自来水取自库容 2.35 亿立方米的小舜江水库，水质达到欧盟一级饮用水标准The Zone has rich freshwater resource. The tap water is from Xiao Shunjiang reservoir which has 235 million steres volume and the water quality can reach the EU first rank drinking water standard

开发区电力资源充裕，已投入运行 11 万伏至 22 万伏变电站 6 座，建有热电厂 2 座，其他供汽、排污、通讯等基础配套完善。The electric power for the Zone is abundant. There are 6 substations for 110,000 volts ~220,000 volts and 2 thermal power plants. Basic infrastructure as hot gas supply, pollution discharge, communication are all ready.

四、中丹生态产业园 Sino-Danish Eclogical Industry Park

Sino-Danish Innovation technology Park It is located in Binhai New City of Hangzhou Bay Shangyu E&T development Zone. Planning land for first phase is 60,000 square meters, which will be started in the early 2016. It will satisfy office working, training, testing, exhibition, etc. It will become the base of modern service industry and will introduce 2.5+3.0 industries from institutes, associations, innovative organizations and enterprises, public service platform, etc.

Siino-Danish ecological industry base. It is located in East Park 2 of Hangzhou Bay Shangyu E&T Development Zone. With the planning land 1 million square meters, it will mainly introduce companies such as manufacture, machining, integrated assembly, testing. It is a 2.0 industry agglomeration.

项目三年推进计划 3 Years Plan for the Project

Build agreement, project started-up, operational structure set up, promotion advertisment, Sino-Danish Green Industry International Exchange Fair

Innovation technology park start construction, investment 100 million RMB, introduce 3 companies. Meantime, the ecological industry park introduce 3 companies and with 600 million RMB investment.

Second phase of innovation park will be finished with 60,000 square meter, 200 million RMB investment, 3 companies will be introduced and 5 companies for industry park with 1 billion RMB investment.

Innovation technology park will be put into use, 10 companies will be introduced. 7 companies will be introduced and start manufacturing, 1.4 billion RMB will be invested. And totally, 3 billion RMB will be invested in 3 years.

外资企业优惠政策 Preferential policies for foreign enterprises

1. Equipment investment reward policy. Investment over 5 million RMB for equipment, and the project is under implementation , after manufacturing, 4%~6% of the equipment investment will be returned as reward (≦ 1.5 million for 1 project).2. Talent Policy. The overseas high level talents who has been choose as “330 Overseas Talents Project” will be rewarded for 5 million RMB, 3 million RMB or 1 million RMB as venture start-up capital.3. Green card policy. For investment over 3 million dollars’ foreigners, “Green Card for Foreigners” will be given as a reward, with which can enjoy preferential policies in settling, medical treatment, children education, spouse work, etc.4. Foreign capital investment reward. The company or person who has introduced foreign capital each 1 million dollars will be rewarded 40,000 RMB. For 500 top world projects, each 1 million dollars reward 50,000 RMB. For 500 Top world company merger domestic company, reward 60,000 RMB for each 1 million dollars investment.5. “One Thing, One Decision” Policy. 500 Top world company, big transnational corporations, industry leading company, investment over 30 million dollars projects, can be rewarded as “One Thing, One Decision”. It will bring lower price for the land, more preferential policies, etc.
