The graphic above presents an Adaptive Planning framework - 1-Page Adaptive Planning & Execution - for achieving goals in environments that are volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous such as in politics and business. Entrepreneurs, Lean Startups, and Established Organizations can use a 1-Page Adaptive Planning & Execution (APEX) to adaptively plan, organize, and manage projects especially Projects Under Great Uncertainty (PUGU). As an analytical tool, 1-Page Adaptive Planning & Execution (APEX) can be used to rapidly explore and explore why some projects succeed while others fail. 1-Page Adaptive Planning & Execution (APEX) also presents a framework for visually integrating diverse methodologies and tools such as in business/strategic planning, Blue Ocean Strategy, Disruptive Innovation, Lean Startup methodology, Customer Development Stack, and Effectuation.
