Shortcomings of the book:

Emotional Intelligence is very important as part of being a leader, but: a leader of today must possess many qualities and

traits that include being a good communicator, visionary, flexible and influential.

Too in depth, very long book that could have been made much shorter and more simplistic.

I would recommend Primal Leadership: Learning to lead with emotional intelligence to all Leaders, inside and outside of Healthcare

Emotional Intelligence is a crucial aspect of anyone wanting to become a successful leader in today’s society.
