Installation of Turbo eSigner 1/5-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After downloading, open Downloads folder

Right click on “Extract Here”

to unzipTurbo_eSigner.zip file,

Open Turbo_eSigner folder & Run “setup.exe” file

Installation of Turbo eSigner 4/5 Shortcut icon of “Turbo eSigner DTH” will appear on desktop

After Successful installation of Turbo eSigner on your Desktop

or Laptop , icon of Turbo eSigner will appear on screen.

Digitally Sign Invoice with DSC Hardware Token 1/3

If “--Select --” does not appear in “Select DSC” option, i.e. nothing is appearing. It means DSC pen drive/ token is not inserted in USB port of your computer, also follow blinking message.

Select Invoice No. to be Digitally Signed by DSC Token and Select DSC Signer Name

Click on “Sign Invoice” to Sign invoice digitally

If “Select DSC” option shows more than one

record in drop down list then follow steps

mentioned in slides # 15 to17

Note : it can happen in very rare case

If DSC shows more than one record

Open Internet Explorer and open “Tools” and click on “Internet Options”

Solution if DSC shows more than one record 1/3

Click on Content


Then click on Certificates to remove

the DSC’s

Select the DSC which you want to remove


After selecting the DSC click on remove

button


In case you forgot DSC Token PIN-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Remarks: In case you have forgot “User PIN” , then contact Channel Manager/ Vendor who made your DSC Token

DSC User PIN confirmation

Enter Token PIN which is written on Token

On click of “OK”, system will verify valid PIN, then DSC signing process will start and on completion of green color progress bar, Invoice will be Digitally Signed.

Green colored progress bar indicates that Turbo eSigner is reading Invoice from DP Portal and Digital Signature process is undergoing .On completion of 100% of green bar, confirmation message will appear of “Digital Signature Certificate attached Successfully”.

This message will appear when DSC Signing

process is 100% Successfully completed


In case of DSC process failure, below message will appear -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Solutions: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft,Right click Signature folder go to properties & click on

Click Security

Click Edit button

Click above “Allow” check box , then “Apply” then “ok” &

Re-Login in Turbo eSigner & Sign invoice
