About us…

We are a commercial fit-out and office furniture company founded in 1989, based in our own freehold offices & warehouses in Epsom, Surrey.

Our goal is to provide practical working solutions to meet individual needs

and this alongside the Spruce promise of a quality customer orientated

service has proved to be a winning formula. Our vast experience and innovative approach to office fit out solutions ensures that all our clients

enjoy an exceptional level of service and value.

We have constructed sites throughout the UK and around Europe and we

would be more than happy to show you some of our completed projects. These range in size up to contracts in excess of £1,600,000.00.

Quality StandardsSpruce Limited were awarded the ‘Investors in People’ standard in

September 2004 and renewed in August 2007.

SAFE contractorSpruce received independent accreditation concerning our Health & Safety

procedures. This association is from National Britannia and their ‘Safe Contractor’ Scheme, which is becoming the recognised standard within the

building Services Industry and by Facilities Management professionals.

Modular Storage Solutions

They provide a facility for the storage and retrieval of the most commonly

used types of filing, high frequency or general bulk and with the variety of

internal accessories available they can be organised for multimedia storage. All shelves have that little bit of extra depth to accommodate

most known box files, binders and other bulky items. The differing heights

also provide an opportunity for landscaping in the open plan office.

Storagewall Solutions

Storagewall is designed to be a fully integrated system, capable of

providing storage, partitions, pass-through doors, room dividers or wall

panelling. It serves a broad range of planning concepts based on a

modular carcass and panel system.The co-ordinated modules and fittings in the Storagewall system provide

practical solutions to planning needs in every installation. All panels are

demountable and can be relocated.

This system provides partitions, maximises storage whilst minimising the

usage of floor space and caters for every budget.The result is functional with striking aesthetic appeal.

We can offer bespoke office furniture that meets the requirement of the

individual client to satisfy the specific needs of any working environment.

Without any commitment upon your part we will discuss your

requirements, showing our portfolio of successful installations to give you

some ideas.

When your requirements have begun to take shape in your own mind our

designer will produce detailed plans and a breakdown of the costs.

A sample of wood finishes and swatches of suggested fabrics can also be carefully considered and approved at this stage.

When you are entirely happy with all aspects of our proposals, all the

component parts will be swiftly and expertly hand crafted in the

comprehensively equipped workshop ready to be delivered and installed with a minimum of disturbance to your working arrangements.

We are conscious of the environmental impact of our business and the industry in which we operate. We do all we can to minimise our carbon

footprint.

For example, we recycle our product packaging, cardboard, plastic and

polystyrene. We take away any old furniture and this is also recycled where possible.

During the planning stage of your project we use the best practical

environment option and duty of care. Sourcing furniture made in the UK reduces carbon emissions and some customers wish to choose furniture

that’s made from sustainable materials.

We can also advise you on lighting and other low energy electrical

systems.

We do all we can to support and comply with our customers own
