it’s mainly for producing stainless steel,copper,aluminum and iron tube,this type of mould adapts the high quality Cr12mov,skd11 and d2 stainless steel materials,use numerical control equipment to machine and experience heat-treatment,its rigidity is up to hrC63-65 level so the quality is more stable and the serving life is longer. During the process of manufacturing stainless steel tube,the tube usually will be wrinkling,and have fingerprints on top,the shape is not that perfect or some other imperfections.after years of devoted research,we have successful developed “madow”mould,such problems above won’t happen again.
