Our group started in 1991 with the sale and distribution of

industrial lubricants and premium grease. In 1992, we expanded our focus to include tire release agents for the automotive industry with the introduction of non-silicone and aqueous-based release agent for the tire uniformity process (RE-20008M). The development of this first product was the benchmark for the development of other products that satisfy the changing needs of the tire manufacturing industry. Tire release agents are indispensable components formulated to ensure that efficiency is maintained at every stages of the production process. In tire manufacturing, tackiness is an adhesive characteristic inherent in most rubber compounds. The uncured green tire in its natural form is viscous and soft. A solid, elastometric material is achievable through cross-linking the rubber compound via the vulcanization process. It is based on this adhesive property that makes tire release agent a critical component in several steps of the tire manufacturing process. Without tire release agents, manufacturing of tires would be virtually impossible. Our products have the following features and benefits:

AS-100 is designed to serve as an auxiliary anti-sticking treatment for the surface of green rubber layers. It is an extremely stable, water-thinned emulsion that is widely used in the dipped rubber releases. AS-100 is an aqueous dispersion of fatty acid and hydrocarbon derivatives and does not contain silicone derivatives.

Application 应用

Before its application, AS-100 should be diluted with water from 1:3 up to 1:8. The dilution ratio in the batch-off bath depends on the rubber type being mixed (synthetic rubbers are generally less tacky than natural rubber). The optimal dilution ratio can only be determined through practical experiments in the laboratory and the manufacturing facility. AS-100 can be applied to all types of rubber sheets.

Rollers need to be washed with water (when using HL-A Series) or solvent (when using HL-S Series) when not in use. Rollers need to be replaced periodically: after extended use, the gaps adjacent to wheelhead will become larger which may lead to excessive paint output and contaminate the tread. Replacement period is based on specific site usage.

BR-2000 is a “ready to use” product and does not require further dilution. BR-2000 is applied to the bladder using a light spray or brush (swab). Please ensure that the exposed surface is fully covered.New bladders should be clean and uncontaminated, otherwise, improper bonding of the coating will occur and its effectiveness will be reduced. It is strongly recommended that the pre-coated bladder is heated in an oven at 150oC at 30 minutes to bake on this primer coat as this has been found to improve its durability. Alternatively, the bladder may be put in the press to allow curing to occur by the heat of the press. The coating will cure and bond to the bladder surface when it comes in contact with the press heat. The coating can be replenished by spraying or brushing the inside of the green tire and allowing transfer on to the surface of the curing bladder. RE-3415 is a lubricant especially designed for this trimming machine.

RE-20008M is formulated to provide ease of mounting and release of the tire from the rim on the uniformity test machine during the tire balancing process. RE-20008M is soluble in both hard and soft water and may be used in fully automatic spray systems or handheld unit. In the past, silicone-emulsion- or petroleum-based lubricants have been used to serve as a release agent to ensure ease of installation and release between the rim and the bead of the tire. Silicone-emulsion- or petroleum-based lubricants provide good releasability and slippery properties. However, silicone- or petroleum-based lubricant may cause the tire to slip on the rim. RE-20008M, a water-soluble polymer, does not have the above slippery effect or the disadvantage of toxic smell of silicone- or petroleum-based products.
