Innovating Processes
The cost per engagement report encompassed all external facing digital assets of the church including over 8,000 videos. Brightcove analytics in not friendly to user, by creatively using the tools I was given I was able to cut the process of collecting a video report from several months to a few weeks.
Improving LDS.org Media Library
The Media Library’s goal is to provide uplifting media in a central location. Through the analysis of searched terms several topics and categories were added to make content more easily found. Heat maps are graphs are used to show where people navigate to on a page
Regular Reporting for Live Events
In the past live events were rarely reported on. Through my knowledge in Brightcove all major live events are now reported on and analyzed. Reports that I have done include General Conference, Worldwide Devotionals, Temple dedications, Face to Face, and Funerals.
OVP Support & Media Library Management
Through working with the Media Library and OVP support I have a full understanding of uploading content to Brightcove, creating downloadables, adding content to lds.org, and creating and managing metadata in Media Tools. Notable accomplishments include, the creation of the Media Library Catalog, which outlines the structure and video organization of the Media Library, and play a role in the created of the Media Library in the 7 additional languages.

Marketing Internship
Completed an internship for Momentum Development Group where I conducted extensive research on marketing techniques in the land development industry and different types of housing layouts. Also, designed a brochure to welcome new residence to their community.
Analytical Dashboards
Have created several dashboards to help with the weekly or monthly monitoring of web pages, videos and other materials.

Bachelors in Business Management
Attended Brigham Young University-Idaho, graduated magna cum laude with a 3.95 GPA in December 2014. Received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Minor in Culinary Arts. Participated in IBC Fall 2013, where I worked with a group of 16 students to create a run the profitable business “The Waffle Iron.”
