Globo has a wide range of portals for the marketing of their products and programming. The main challenge was regarded to the high volume of information to update at their portals.

We have developed a planning project, a detailed study of company's needs and also presented an evolving plan for the new intranet portal: strategy, information architecture, UX and design.

We conducted interviews with the many departments, involving all of the employees by online surveys and application techniques. We conducted a specific methodology for the development of a new information architecture.

By the Integration of focus on user experience, mobility, new visual identity, new brand positioning, wide range audience, new content strategy and social networks, Badaró managed the planning of a new institutional website for Tribanco.

Tribancos intranet had as a objective be a portal with a highly collaborative profile. All the information architecture, navigation and functions were thought so it could create a 360º vision of the contente and all the interaction possibilities

Functions such as, forums, interactive pages of projects, discussion timelines, among others are available on the portal, the possibility of publication of segmented content and different profiles of views for each area and portal documents

Rede Globo identified the necessity of integrating some areas on the conduction of projects and daily activities. Those areas had a big necessity of making the communication faster and easing the heavy pictures and videos file sharing.

To make it possible, we draw a intern social network allowing the team integration so they could discuss ideas, post and organize materials and documents and still easing the identification of distinct areas and team members.

The documents got indexed and they are easily acceded, giving agility on the intern processes.

Rodobens intranet was a challenge of shortening their team geographic distances and answering their necessity of segmenting the content per profile. The scenery asked for a collaborative intranet and really efficient for the day-today work.

After a wide study that counted on the participation of different collaborators and different technical and business areas, were defined information architecture, agenda and content strategy definition, own prototypes and responsive layouts.

Rodobens has needed a new website to ensure visual alignment between Hyundai website and Hyundai National Consortium website.

Thus Badaro managed to create a layout of the main pages of the portal, always following company's brand guidelines, that were responsible for a visual guide in the development of all other pages of the website.

UFC is one of the greatest new investments in sports broadcasted by Rede Globo. The company needed a solution to support sales representatives to guarantee innovation and make the presentation plan very clear to the advertisers.
