Ideas from Ideation Session

Unmet Need:a simple, yet effective way of organizing pick-up sports.

How the app would work:users will be able to create, organize, and join pick-up sport games

happening locally.

Who the app is for:everyone. Young or old, the app’s purpose is to encourage people to make

the time to have fun, exercise, and stay active.

Sportan: a location-based pick-up sports app for the everyday athlete.

Their purpose is to help people “discover, join and play pick-up sports

instantly with the power of your smartphone.” Sportan is not yet available

on the App Store, but it is very much like the app I am conceptualizing.

Huddlers: a mobile sports scheduling app for recreational athletes.”

The app is similar to Sportan in the way that it locates sporting games of

all kinds, not just basketball.
