General Properties

� The greenhouse design is that of a Lior model greenhouse.

� Ideal solution for extreme cold conditions. � All components of the structure are preliminary (prefabricated) and completely

galvanized. There is no need for soldering in assembling the greenhouse.

� Every greenhouse module is comprised of a series of 16 openings interconnected by water channels.

� The width of each opening is 8.00 meters and the overall length is: 133 m.

� The water channel (gutter) is at a height of 4.00 meters; this fact enables a larger air volume so as to achieve a greater thermal inertia (to prevent acute changes in temperature) and better ventilation.

� The roof covering with –Polycarbonate "Polygal'- clear 8.0 mm.

� The upper window is at a height of 1.10 meters, so that the combination of the

aerodynamic design of the cover. The correct orientation of the greenhouse causes a suitable renewal of the air and better ventilation.

� Including Automatic operation to open/close the upper window as necessary R&P.

� The upper and side windows are covered with an anti-insect screen with a 50 mesh

� Mobile Reflective Thermal Screen- close (Energy saving)

The reflective thermal screen helps to decrease heat stress by shading the greenhouse and save energy after heating. The screen enables the obtaining of the following:

• Solar radiation is returned to the sky. • Reflection of I.R. radiation from the screen to

the ground and to the plants. • Dispersing the light around the plants. • Save energy after heating. • Mobile screens are operated by a motorized

The installation of the mobile screen enables its closing or its opening which gives the grower substantial control on the following areas: the hot air in the greenhouse, humidity, condensation of the drops, diseases, energy etc. The thermal screen made of aluminized synthetic fibber netting. The Aluminet is incorporated into the synthetic fibber before weaving, thus ensuring a longer life. The netting will give effective shading of 50%, and because of the reflective powers of the aluminum the temperature loading will be decreased in the summer months and increased during the winter. The netting will be suspended on a system of cables.

The operation of the thermal screen can be computer controlled.

� Heating system (in each greenhouse)

Below is a detail of the heating system according to the size of the structure including 16 openings of 8m + 2 porches= 133 m; The lengths of the troughs are 76m with a 4m work path going through the center. For ∆T of320 C: 3.9 million calories are needed. Because we use thermal screen we savings 30% energy (Kilocalories) The total energy we needed is: 2.7 million calories. We are planning to erect a room for water tank heaters in the center in front of the openings, which will include large water heating tank with the volume of 3.0 million calories each; The energy source: natural gas (supply by the customer). Included are three manifolds, pumps and faucets for six heating circuits in the present greenhouse. The radiation pipes will be spread out in the following manner: 1. for the heating plants: 1.1 delivery pipes 1.2 dividing pipes at reveres return method (3 pipes) on both bay’s front. 1.3 leafed radiation pipes (5 pipes per bay) 2. for heating the gutters: 2.1 dividing pipes at reveres return method (3 pipes) 2.2 1.5” pipes for radiation by loops under each gutter. The system will include also:- - Metal consoles as needed

- End pipes accessories

- Air releases and valves

- welding fittings - Base paint for painting (red / blue)

- Nipples for outlets - Flexible pipes for connecting between dividing pipes and radiation pipes 320C ∆T: from (-20) to(+12) degrees Celsius.

Green house Climate Control

* This application combines an irrigation system and up to 4 climate control systems in the same controller.

1. Green House Irrigation System. The system is composed of one irrigation head in which a fertilizer center performs sophisticated fertilizer injection of up to 8 different fertilizers whilst carrying out the essential control of conductivity and acidity of the irrigation water.

2. Climate System Sensors Internal Sensors in the greenhouse includes: temperature, humidity, CO2 and more. 3. 4 greenhouses climate controlled systems can be setup each containing

Windows (Curtains and R&P system) : Each of the windows can open/close according to temperature, humidity, wind, rain, logic conditions. Fans : The fans can be programmed to work according to the conditions mentioned for the windows along with cyclic programs that can change the cycle automatically according to the temperature. Thermal Screens : An element in the greenhouse that can be rolled up according to the level of the radiation and the temperature. Heating System : The heating system is normally programmed to maintain a certain air temperature by starting and stopping the heating output. When greater accuracy is required or in more severe conditions a special program of "Circulating Heating" is available, allowing PID control of the water temperature, according to the air temperature and the heating conductivity data of the greenhouse. Air Circulating : The programs of these elements include cyclic operation according to temperature, humidity and processes such as spraying, CO2 and many others.

� Training by installation supervisors including agronomic guidance

The guidance program will take place over a number of months.

The guidance program includes a few types of guidance: training for the new technologies of the hothouse, and advanced growing methods.

During the course of these months of theoretical and practical training, the local workers will receive the most efficient training to allow them to grow in greenhouses including all of the technological systems in it, and afterwards to continue to run the production in the greenhouse systems independently.

Topics of Agronomic Training:

1. Basic techniques in Growing vegetables with Growbeg system.

a. How to cultivate vegetables (Tomato, cucumber and pepper).

b. Harvesting methods.

c. Practicum.

2. Methodology for harvesting, sorting, and packaging, and practicum.

3. Climate control.

4. Heating systems.

5. Growbeg systems.

6. Plant protection, use of pesticides, and chemicals usage.

7. Training in proper fertilization and fertilization production.

8. Training in different cultivation methods in the summer and winter.

9. Insects/weeds.

Agronomical visits for quality control and training.

Agronomist Specialist will visit 12 times a year for 18 to 21 days every month, by agreement between the Seller and the Buyer –

The agronomist salary: 8,000 $ per month.
