PropsNot much props are used but ones like the hospital bed and all the wires hooked up show that Sarah has been in an accident and is being treated. Fake blood over her also shows this too.

Acting/MovementThe movement of Sarah is very slow at the start then starts running showing fast paced movement and also indicating that something is chasing her, giving the impression of a nightmare; she’s running from nothing but in her mind something is coming.

Lighting + ColourThe whole scene is dimly lit. The corridor also has a lot of shadows present. All this is to show present that Sarah is in a nightmare or something like that. At times it is also pitch black like in the birthday cake shot where the entire background is black.

Costume/Make UpCostumes are Sarah wearing a hospital gown which shows that she’s been injured in some way and Beth wearing general, everyday clothes. Make up is used on Sarah like the cuts and fake blood, which also help with the fact that she’s injured.
