HEAD SECTIONBucket Elevators are designed from 25 tph to 1200 tphaccording to the request. Bucket elevators consist of head,trunk and boot sections which are completely bolt connected.Bolt connected structure expedites the assembly, serviceand maintenance of the bucket elevators . Head section is astrong construction manufactured up to 4 mm thicknessaccording to the model. Standard models are 31A - 290 mm(11,4 inch) / 1220E3 - 1810 mm (71,3 inch) dimensions. Frontsection of the head is covered by 5 mm polyethylene materialin order to avoid abrasion during unloading process of thegrain. Three pieces separable head section and bearingsprovides easy access during the maintenance. Optional grilledinspection doors has user-friendly design. Optional dustexplosion outlet in the upper part of the head section (withswitch), belt sliding sensor, round control sensor, coupling,motor guard parts are available in elevator safety package.

BOOT SECTIONCleaning guides in the elevator boot section, tensioningmechanism to tighten the belt, inspection covers forcleaning/maintenance are standard in all models. Optionalfeatures are, re-feeding unit, magnet mounted to the inlet,safety sensors are available.

ELEVATÖR KOLONLARIElevatör kolonlar› 31A model - 122E3 model aral›¤›nda1,8 mm-3,5 mm’ye kadar ç›kan sac kal›nl›klar›nda standartüretilmektedir. 3mt - 2,4mt - 2mt - 1,2mt - 1mt fleklindeboy seçenekleri ile flanfllar›n kolanlara kaynakl› olmas›sayesinde montaj aflamas›nda daha büyük hassasiyetyakalanabilmektedir. Her kolon çiftini birbirine ba¤layankolon birlefltirme eleman› sayesinde kolon hizas› sa¤lan›rve sa¤lam bir yap› oluflturulur. Kolonlar›n birbirlerinebirleflimlerinin c›vatal› olmas› da özellikle montaj- demontaj kolayl›¤› sa¤lamaktad›r.

Standart gözetleme pencereli kolon sayesinde ürününkova içerisindeki ak›fl› izlenebilmekte, 3 parçadanoluflturulan bu kolon modülleri sökülerek kay›fl vekovalara eriflim kolayl›kla sa¤lanabilmektedir. Kolonlardaopsiyon olarak toz patlama ç›k›fl› (Switch içerikli) vetoz toplama ç›k›fl› verilebilmektedir.

TRUNKSTrunks are designed from 1,8 mm to 3,5 mm steel sheetsin models 31A to 122E3. The assembly could be moreprecise with the trunk lengths of 3 m - 2,4m - 2m - 1,2m- 1m and welded flanges. Trunk joint member leads a goodalignment and strong construction. Bolted assembly bringseasy installation.

Standard trunk with inspection door allows the operatorto view buckets. Three pieces trunk modules can bedeassembled and access to belt and buckets would beeasier. Optionally dust explosion outlet (with switch) anddust collection outlet are available.

BELT CONNECTION TECHNIQUESBucket Elevator Belts are high quality and durable againstwear, high temperature and oil. Standard buckets aremanufactured from high density polyethylene. Optional steelbuckets are available.

Bucket elevators have ergonomic structure which allowsgrain flow regularly. They could be used in the system safelydue to its custom design.
