What is Barnkollen?• A system that tracks kids
related a group of kids using a GPS client device.
• The system will sound an alarm at the system controller unit (a standard smartphone) when a kids is to far away from the group.

• Client unit that weighs only 46 grams, uses rechargeable batteries and is waterresistant

Short technical
descriptionThe system consists of 10 client units. Each of these units are placed on a child, one unit per child. The client unit uses GPS to find out it’s position and then reports the position to the central smartphone unit via a datacom link.
Group movement and possible runners are detected by using an algorithm in the central unit. Low battery and non reporting units are also detected and handled.
