9) 如因河船公司增加燃油附加費及稅項、或因外幣匯率浮動等，客人須繳交差額。實數以出船票時作準。

9) W Cruising reserves the right to collect fuel supplements and applicable taxes which

imposed by the river cruise company, or foreign exchange fluctuations. These amounts will

be determined upon cruise document is issued and will be added to the final fare.

10) 客人需持有回港日期起計不少於 6 個月以上有效護照及一次或多次(如適用)

之入境簽證，西敏遊輪對客人因個人證件所產生之任何問題概不負責。

10) Passengers must have passport with at least 6 months validity on the date of return, and

valid visa(s)(if applicable) for visiting the port of call listed in the itinerary. W Cruising will not

be liable for any consequences due to visa or passport issues.

11) 「香港旅遊業議會」(TIC)建議客人出發前購買郵輪保險或旅遊綜合保險。 11) Hong Kong Travel Industry Council recommends passenger to take out the travel insurance

before the journey.

12) 以上價目只適用於 6 月 18 日起預訂。(不適用於已確認及繳付全費之訂位) 12) Fares listed on flyers are based on quotation as of 18 June (not applicable for confirmed and

full paid bookings).

遊輪備註： Cruise Terms & Conditions:

1) 因應河船公司要求，客人報名時請提供有效旅遊證件之副本。 1) As per river cruise company’s request, passengers are required to provide copies of travel

documents.

2) 遊輪上各項收費，均以歐元結算，敬請注意。 2) Shipboard currency: EUR€.

3) 艙房號碼、層數及位置將於辦理登船手續時由河船公司派發，並以河船公司之最後安排為準。河船公司亦可在不收取額外費用下提升艙房至較高級別，客人不得異議。

3) Stateroom assignment is at river cruise company’s discretion, and on best available basis.

River cruise company may reserve the rights offering higher category accommodations at no

addition cost.

機場接送服務適用於 Emerald Waterways 指定之日期及時間；如未能於指定時間使用該接送服務，客人須自行安排其機場接送及承擔相關費用。凡預訂Emerald Waterways 之酒店務服，將獲提供機場/酒店之接送。

4) Airport transfers are available on date and time specified by Emerald Waterways. Transfers

outside these times will be at passengers’ expense and must be secured by passengers’

own arrangements. Passengers who have purchased hotel accommodation and airfare from

Emerald Waterways prior to tour or after tour will be provided with airport transfers to or from

their hotel.

5) 河船公司規定以離船日為基準，此行程不適合 24週或以上孕婦及 6個月或以下嬰兒參與。

5) According to policy of river cruise company, based on embarkation date, all pregnant

passengers who have entered, or will be entering their 24th week and infant below 6-week as

of sailing period will not be allowed to board the ship to take the cruise.

6) 根據香港旅遊業議會於 2009 年 10 月 9 日發出第 177 號決議指引：若因「迫不得已理由」指戰爭、政治動盪、恐怖襲擊、天災、疫症、惡劣天氣、交通工具發生技術問題、載運機構臨時更改班次/時間表、罷工、工業行動、旅遊目的地政府/世界衛生組織發出旅遊警告、香港特區政府發出旅遊紅色/黑色外遊警示，以及其他業界不能控制的不利旅客外遊的情況，西敏遊輪或河船公司均不會作出任何補償，顧客不得異議。

6) According to the directives Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong released on 9th October

2009: Passengers accept full responsibility for all losses and expenses due to “Reasons

beyond control” (means hostilities, political, unrest, natural disasters, pestilences, bad

weather, technical problems to transport, changes to the frequency or time table of any

means of conveyance by this operator without advance notice, strikes, industrial action,

etc.). River cruise company and W Cruising will not be liable for any consequence.

7) 如因天氣惡劣、海面狀況或各種未能預知或迫不得已的情況下(請參照遊輪備註第 6 點)而不能停靠或更改行程，顧客同意及接受河船公司或西敏遊輪不需作出任何補償。

7) If due to bad weather, sea situation or any unpredictable or reasons beyond control (refer to

no. 6), cruise is unable to dock or change itinerary, passengers agree and accept no

compensation will be made by river cruise company or W Cruising.

8) 航程中港口啓航/抵達/停靠時間會按航行情況有所調整/更改/取消，一切以河船公司最後安排為準。顧客同意及接受河船公司最終的決定及不會當作違反商品說明條列，亦就此放棄向河船公司或西敏遊輪追討或索償。

8) River cruise company reserves the right to change itinerary, timing of all

embarkations/disembarkations, and port(s) call cancellation due to weather conditions of

specific reasons. All of the changes will not be considered as against “The Trade

Descriptions Ordinance, Chapter 362, Laws of Hong Kong”. Passengers shall not make

claims against river cruise company or/and W Cruising for any compensation.

prior notice. In case of disputes, W Cruising and Emerald Waterways reserve the right to make the

final decision.

1) 所有遊輪船票價格均以均以成人每位價作為單位（不包括遊輪稅及雜費、港口服務費及稅項、船上服務小費及其他費用），並視供應情況而定。
