春季語学研修プログラム募集要項
１．プログラムの概要
【主 旨】英語力の向上と異文化理解を深めることを目的とし、ビジネス、マネージメント及びイギ
リスの工学について英語で学ぶ。これらの体験を通じて、英語のみならず専門分野におけ
る勉学へのモチベーションをも高めることを目指している。
【期 間】平成 30年 3月 18日（日）～ 3月 30日（金） （3月 18日と 3月 30日は移動日）
【場 所 】イギリス・ハートフォードカレッジオックスフォード

【宿 泊 先】イギリス・ハートフォードカレッジオックスフォード学寮
（一人部屋。各階に居住する Resident Advisorsと呼ばれる現地学生によるサポート有。）
【経 費】支 払 総 額 約 50万円程度
〔プログラム代金〕2000￡（授業料、宿泊代、空港送迎費用、食事代を含む*)
*平日は 3食、土曜日は朝食のみ、日曜日は朝食と夕食付
〔往復航空券代〕約 18万円程度
※その他、海外旅行損害保険、国内交通費、上記以外の食事代等は含まない。
【代金支払方法】〔プログラム代金〕各自で指定されたハートフォードカレッジの口座へ国際送金
〔往復航空券代〕各自で本校指定の旅行代理店の口座へ送金
※口座情報については後日別途連絡。支払期限は 12月下旬の予定。

２．応募要件
【対 象】茨城高専に在籍しており、平成 30年 3月 19日時点で 16歳以上の者。
【最少催行人数】12名（応募者が 12名に満たない場合は、中止となる可能性有。）
【応 募 方 法】以下の書類を HP又は学生支援係にて入手し、期限までに学生支援係まで提出のこと。
・Application Form （記入後、写真を添付すること。）
・パスポートの写し（未所持者は早急に申請し、申請時のパスポートネームを提示すること。）
【応 募 締 切】 平成 29年 11月 6日（月）
３．その他
・往復航空券は開催校で全参加者分をまとめて手配します。
・代金支払い後のキャンセルに伴う返金ついては以下のとおりです。
〔プログラム代金〕プログラム開始一週間前までに本校に申し出た場合、代金の 70%のみ返金可能。
〔往復航空券代〕支払後のキャンセルは不可、返金不可能。

oldest of Oxford University’s 38 colleges. Located in the
centre of historic Oxford, our beautiful college boasts the
Bridge of Sighs, which is one of the most famous sights of
the city. This is an ideal setting for students wishing to
improve their language skills and knowledge of Britain and
British culture.

ARRIVAL DAY Day 1 Sunday 18th March
• Arrive at Heathrow Airport, London.
• Hertford College Residential Advisors (RAs) will meet you.
• Travel to Oxford by private coach. You will stay in Oxford University Accommodation.
• On arrival: supper and welcome information.

Lecture: British Engineering A look at some of the most notable feats of engineering in Britain including the Severn Bridge, Thames Barrier, the development of the railway and the London underground System The lecture will also look at the life and achievements of Isambard Kingdom Brunel

Day 7 Saturday 24th March
Weekend At the weekend you have free time. If you wish to stay in Oxford, your RAs are available for Oxford activities, such as punting, walking tours, shopping, college and museum visits. Alternatively, some students choose to travel independently to nearby places of interest such as:
• London • Stratford upon Avon • Warwick Castle • Cambridge • Bath • Brighton • Liverpool
These trips are not included in the programme price. Your RAs are available to offer advice and support about travel arrangements. Day 8 Sunday 25th March
