Dr. R.M. Marty M. Natalegawa

Dr. R.M. Marty M. Natalegawa was appointed as the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Indonesia on 22 October 2009. He served as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Nations in New York (2007 – 2009).

Between 2005 – 2007 and prior to his assignment as Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, he served as the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Court of St. James’s and Ireland.

In the years 2002–2005, he consecutively served as the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and as the Director General for ASEAN Cooperation in the Department of Foreign Affairs.

He served at the Permanent Mission of Indonesia to the UN between 1994 and 1999, including during Indonesia’s membership of the Security Council in 1996-1997.  He began his career with the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 1986.

Dr. Natalegawa obtained a Doctor of Philosophy at the ANU in 1993; a Master of Philosophy at Corpus Christi College, University of Cambridge in 1985; and a BSc (Hons) at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1984. 

He also attended the Ellesmere College and Concord College in the UK between 1976-1981. Dr. Natalegawa is married and has three children.

Malaysia

Aman was born in Keningau, Sabah on 16 November 1953. He received his secondary education at Sabah College, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. He later graduated from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom with a degree in philosophy, economics and law.

His political career started in 1991, when he became a Pro-tem committee member for the United Malay National Organisation (UMNO) party at its Beaufort Division in Sabah. His involvement in politics has always been and only with UMNO, a leading component party of the National Front (Barisan Nasional) coalition, which helmed the Government of Malaysia since independence.

In November, 1999, his political career shines when he won the P. 154 Beaufort Parliamentary seat and became a Member of Parliament for Beaufort. In Mac, 2004, the Honourable Dato' Sri Anifah Hj. Aman was again given the mandate by the constituents to continue serving as a Member of Parliament for P. 176 Kimanis Parliamentary seat, a seat which he held until today.

In July 2004, he was also elected as the Divisional Head for UMNO Kimanis Division until today. His excellent track record as a Member of Parliament contributed further to his political career when he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Primary Industries from 1999 to 2004 and the Deputy Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities from 2004 until March 2008.

Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino III was born on February 8, 1960 in Manila. He is the third of the five children of Benigno Aquino, Jr. , who was then the Vice Governor of Tarlac province and Corazon Cojuangco-Aquino,former President of The Philippines.

He attended Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City for his elementary, high school, and college education. He graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He was one of the students of former professor of economics at Ateneo de Manila University, former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo .

Aquino was elected to the House of Representatives of the Philippines in 1998, representing the 2nd district of Tarlac. Aquino won re-election in 2001 and 2004, and served until 2007. As a member of the House of Representatives, Aquino passed numerous house bills and resolutions

The Republic of Singapore

Lee Hsien LoongMr. Lee was first elected Member of Parliament (MP) in 1984 as a candidate of the People's Action Party (PAP) and has been re-elected six times, most recently in 2011 as an MP for the Ang Mo Kio Group Representation Constituency. He was elected to the Central Executive Committee of the PAP in 1986, and became its Secretary-General in 2004.

In 1990, Mr Lee was appointed Deputy Prime Minister with responsibilities for economic and civil service matters. He also concurrently served as Chairman of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) from 1998 until 2004, and Minister for Finance from 2001 until 2007.

Mr Lee was appointed Chairman of Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) in June 2011.

Mr Lee was born on 10 February 1952 and completed his schooling in Singapore. He studied at the University of Cambridge, graduating with a B.A. in Mathematics and a Diploma in Computer Science.

He subsequently earned a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.First married to Wong Ming Yang in 1978, Mr Lee was widowed in 1982. He remarried Ho Ching in 1985. He has one daughter and three sons.

Mr. Lee enjoys reading, walking, listening to classical music and tinkering with computers.

Kingdom of Thailand

Ms.Yingluck Shinawatra

Ms.Yingluck ShinawatraMs.Yingluck Shinawatra is a Thai businesswoman and politician, member of the Pheu Thai Party , and the 28th and current Prime Minister of Thailand following the 2011 general election. Yingluck is Thailand's first female Prime Minister and at 44 is the youngest Prime Minister of Thailand in over 60 years.

Born in Chiang Mai province , Yingluck Shinawatra earned bachelor's degree from Chiang Mai University and master's degree from Kentucky State University , both in public administration. She became an executive in the businesses founded by her elder brother, Thaksin Shinawatra

and later became the president of property developer SC Asset and managing director of Advanced Info Service .

His Majesty is the Prime Minister of Defence,and Minister of Finance As the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, His Majesty is the Supreme Executive Authority in Brunei Darussalam. In performing his duties,His Majesty is assisted by the following Councils:the Privy Council,

the Council of Succession,the religious Council,the Council of Ministers and the Legislative Council. His Majesty was born on 15th July 1946 in Brunei town (now Bandar Seri Begawan). His Majesty undertook his early education in Brunei Darussalam and then went on to Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia to further his studies.

His Majesty was installed as The Crown Prince in 1961 at the age of 15.Following the voluntary abdication of his late father,Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar’Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Weddien, His Majesty was proclaimed as the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam on 5th October 1967.

His Majesty was crowned as the 29th Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on 1st August 1968.

His Majesty plays polo, squash and badminton. He is alsoa qualified pilot of both aeroplanes and helicopters.

The Lao People's Democratic Republic of Lao PDR

H.E. Dr. Thongloun SisoulithThongloun Sisoulith (born November 10, 1945) is a Deputy Prime Minister of Laos , as well as the current Foreign Minister. He became Deputy Prime Minister and President of the State Planning Committee on March 27, 2001, and subsequently he was appointed as Foreign Minister on June 8, 2006, replacing Somsavat Lengsavad .

He is a politburo member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party , ranking fifth. Sisoulith was born in the Houaphan province of Laos, and he studied at Pedagogical College of Neo Lao Hak Sat in Houaphan from 1962 to 1969.

He was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1987 to 1992, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare from 1993 to 1997, and a member of the National Assembly from 1998 to 2000.

Union of Myanmar

General Than Shwe

General Than ShweThan Shwe was born in Minzu village, near Kyaukse , British Burma in 1933. In 1951, Than Shwe attended Government High School in Kyaukse. He took up employment at the Meikhtila Post Office as a postal clerk in 1952. Later he enlisted in the Burmese Army and was in the ninth intake of Army Officer Training School.

Early Career:Than Shwe's first government job after school was as a mail delivery clerk.Sometime between 1948 and 1953, the young Than Shwe enlisted in the Burmese colonial army, where he was assigned to the "psychological warfare" unit.

He participated in the government's ruthless counterinsurgency campaign against ethnic-Karen guerrillas in eastern Burma. This experience resulted in Shwe's several-year-long commitment to a psychiatric hospital for post traumatic stress disorder. Nonetheless, Shwe was known as a merciless fighter; his no-holds-barred style brought a promotion to the rank of captain in 1960.

Kingdom of Cambodia

Prime Minister Hun Sen

Prime Minister Hun Sen Hun Sen born 5 August 1952 is the current Prime Minister of Cambodia and leader of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), which has governed Cambodia since the Vietnamese-backed overthrow of the Khmer Rouge in 1979.

Since the restoration of multi-party democracy in 1993, the CPP has been in a coalition with the royalist Funcinpec party. Hun Sen is currently the longest serving leader in South East Asia and is one of the longest serving prime ministers in the world, having been in power through various coalitions since 1985.

Hun Sen is married to Bun Rany. They have six children, 3 sons and 3 daughters: Manet, Mana, Manit, Mani, Mali and Malis. Hun Manet is a 1999 West Point Academy graduate and obtained his PhD in Economics at the University of Bristol .
