, , , , .Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the status crises management atthe physical education departments in the higher education institutions fromthe perspective of students. The study population consisted of first andfourth year students of physical education departments. A random sample of(329) members was selected.
This study aimed at identifying the relationship between some
organizational variables and the application of E-Management in thePalestinian universities in Gaza Strip.
The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, and used thequestionnaire as the main tool in the collection of primary data. The study
was applied on a stratified random sample of the study population thatconsists of (292) employees, the researchers distributed (177) questionnaires
that constitute 60% of the main study population to the members of the studysample. The number of the retrieved questionnaires was (161), that is, theresponse rate was 91%. The researcher adopted (153) questionnaires whichequal (86.44%) of the sample size of the study for analysis. The researchersused a variety of statistical techniques to test hypotheses, including (Pearsoncorrelation coefficient and averages).
The most important results reached by the study are: There is a positive correlation between the prevailing organizational
culture in the Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip and the application ofE-Management by these universities.

application of E-Management by these universities. There is a distinct difference in the interest of the Palestinian universities
in Gaza Strip in providing the requirements of the application of E-Management where there was a lack of interest in the issuance of the
necessary legislations and the development of management organizationand training the staff on the application of E-Management.
The study reached a number of recommendations where the mostimportant of these are:
The need to work on the development of legislation and administrative
regulations to coincide with the electronic trading imposed by the E-Management.
It is should to work on the provision of adequate infrastructure for the E-Management applications through the provision of all material and
human and technical resources required to support the use of E-Management applications in all management work and services providedby the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip .
It is should to re-qualify and train workers in the Palestinian universitieson information technology and applications of computers in order toraise their awareness of computer, and develop their skills and abilities,and increase their readiness to implement E-Management, anddissemination of electronic culture among them, and that throughenrolling the workers in the Palestinian universities in advanced training
courses in the field of using E-Management applications. , , ) .,2008,15(
