Awarded the 2nd Data communications license from CITC in March 2005 to provide: Install, operate and use wireless and landline networks in the Kingdom

Noorsat is being licensed as the first private satellite operator in the Kingdom as agreed by the CITC.

Accordingly Noorsat is being registered in KSA as a joint stock company as a step towards the planned IPO.
