由『豫』字談起

「豫」意如何？• 辭源、辭海 安樂、逸樂。爾雅˙釋詁上：「豫，樂也。」邢昺˙疏：

「豫者，逸樂也。」新五代史˙卷三十七˙伶官傳˙序：「憂勞可以興國，逸豫可以亡身，自然之理也。」 參與。通「與」。左傳˙隱公元年：「豫凶事，非禮也。」後漢書˙卷七十八˙宦者傳˙蔡倫傳：「及和帝即位，轉中常侍，豫參帷幄。」

遲疑不決。如：「猶豫」。老子˙第十五章：「豫焉若冬涉川，猶兮若畏四鄰。」

事先。通「預」。漢書˙卷六十九˙趙充國傳：「宜遣使者行邊兵豫為備，敕視諸羌，毋令解仇，以發覺其謀。」

如何管理時間 (1/2)

• 專心 最節省時間的方法 上課、看書、聽演講、開會等，都需要用耳與眼 很多事情無法重現，只有抓住當下• 細心 細節都先思考好，第一次就把事情做好 (精準 )

• 時間都用在那？ 要瞭解時間如何分配，如何使用？• 那些時間值得？ 那些事必須的、有助的、無妨的、勉強的？• 評估時間貢獻度 時間有衝突時，必須做些選擇

如何管理時間 (2/2)

• 善用零碎的時間 做些可以隨時中斷的事，不要讓時間空轉• 衝突選擇 遇突發事件時，影響後續時程，必須有所作為，何者重要？• 方法與工具 如何用最少時間可以完成？電話、網路、便條紙。不必事必親躬

• 掌握事情進行狀況 以免在狀況外或與預期有落差，會需要更多時間處理• 寧早勿晚 永遠預留應變 ( 準備 ) 時間
