    The Considered approaches to building of the system of the measurement to viscosity of the foodstuffs.

    The Most attention is spared building and study device measurements turning moment of the material in

    small range of the change the factor to viscosity, as one of the main pointers, used at study of the

    foodstuffs. The Analyzed interaction perceiving element touching with under investigation liquid and

    transformation to viscosity of the product at moment of the resistance to rotation. On base of the analysis

    of the requirements to accuracy of the measurement parameter is motivated and offered structure

    managerial system by instrument of the measurement to viscosity.
