EX range is designed for use in any

enviroments where an explosive

atmosphere may be present.

The materials of the EX range junction

boxes are 316L grade stainless steel

and aluminum dies castings.

The powder coated steel or 304 grade stainless steel boxes are also available upon requests.

Junction Box of EX range complies with the International Standard IEC 60079-0 (2011), IEC 60079-7 (2007),

IEC 60079-31 (2013). EX range is used both as junction box with or without terminals.

The product, combined with certified Empty Enclosure(IECEx KTL 16.0009 U) and Terminal blocks

(Weidmuller, Phoenix). We have been dedicated to manufacturing electrical enclosures over the past 30

years in Korea. Our product lineup ranges from steel, stainless, and plastic enclosures to aluminum

enclosures. We are also ready to meet the specific customization (made-to-order) demands of our

customers from designing to delivery. We also have products with international certifications including UL,

TUV and CE and are committing ourselves to developing quality products that meet the international

standards.

니다. EX 단자함의 재질은 기본 316L

등급의 스테인리스 및 알루미늄 다이

캐스팅이며, 고객의 요청 시 분체도장

처리한 철 또는 304 등급의 스테인리스

로도 제작 가능합니다. EX 단자함은

국제 표준규격인 IEC 60079-0 (2011),

IEC 60079-7 (2007), IEC 60079-31 (2013)에 준하여 제작 되었습니다. EX 시리즈는 빈박스 (IECEx KTL 16.

0009 U)와 단자대로 구성되어 있습니다. 당사 (주)화신은 30년이 넘는 기간 동안 전기외함을 제작하고

있습니다. 당사는 일반 철, 스테인리스, 플라스틱, 알루미늄 제품을 모두 생산하고 있으며, 방폭 관련 제품이

방폭 구조 종류

용기 내부로 스며든 폭발성 가스에 의한 내부 폭발이 일어날 경우 용기가 폭발

압력에 견디고 또한 외부의 폭발성 분위기로 불꽃의 전파를 방지하도록 한 방폭 구조

용기내에 보호가스를 압입시켜 보호가스의 압력을 외부 환경보다 높게 유기함으로써

용기 내로 외부 분위기가 유입되지 않도록 보호 하는 방폭구조

정상 운전중에 Arc 혹은 Spark 를 일으키지 않는 전기기기에 적용하는 방식으로 Arc나 Spark

혹은 고온부를 발생시키지 않도록 전기적, 기계적, 온도적으로 안전도를 높이는 방폭구조

폭발 분위기에 노출되어 있는 기계기구 내의 전기에너지, 권선 상호접속에 의한 전기 불꽃

또는 열 영향을 점화에너지 이하의 수준까지 제한하는 것을 기반으로하는 방폭구조

정상 작동 및 특정 이상 상태 하에서 주의의 폭발 분위기를 점화시키지 않는 전기 기계기구에

적용하는 방폭구조

전기불꽃 아크, 고온 발생부분을 기름으로 채워 폭발성 가스 또는 증기에 인화되지

않도록 한 구조

additional measures are applied to increase the level of safety, thus preventing the possibility of excessive tempertures and the occurance of sparks or electric arcs within the enclosure or on exposed parts of electrical apparatus, where such ignition sources would not occur in normal service.

The formation of a potentially explosive atmosphere inside a casing is prevented by maintaininga positive internal pressure of protective gas in relation to the surrounding atmosphere and, where necessary,by supplying the inside of the casing with a constant flow of protective gas acting to dilute any com-bustible mixtures.

Additional measures are applied to increase the level of safety, thus preventing the possibility of excessive temperatures and the occurance of sparks or electric arcs within the enclosure orexposed parts of electrical apparatus, where such ignition sources would not occur in normalservice.

Apparatus used in a potentially explosive area con-tain intrinsically safe electric circuits only.An electric circuit is intrinsically safe if no sparks or thermal effects produced under specifiedtest conditions (which include normal operation and specific fault conditions) is not capable of causing ignition of a given explosive atmosphere.

Electrical apparatus cannot ignite a explosive atmosphere surrounding them (in normal operation and under defined abnormal operating conditions).

Electrical apparatus or parts of electrical apparatus are immersed in a protective fluid (such as oil),such that a potentially explosive atmosphere existing over the surface or outside of the apparatuscannot be ignited.

Parts that are capable of igniting an explosive atmo sphere by either sparking or heating are enclosed in a compound in such a way as to avoid ignition of an explosive atmosphere.

Filling the casing of an electrical apparatus with a fine granular packing material has effect ofmaking it impossible for an electric arc created in the casing under certain operating conditionsto ignite a potentially exlposive atmosphere surrounding the casing. lgnition must not result eitherfrom flames or from raised temperature on the surface of the casing.

The steel/stainless EX range have five different models. Each model

has two different depths: 150mm and 200mm (Total 10 sizes).

The default material for the boxes is electro-polished 316L grade

stainless steel. The 316L grade boxes are highly corrosion resistant,

thus suitable for environmentally harsh conditions. The 304 grade

stainless steel or powder coated steel boxes are also available upon

requests. You can install gland plates for cable glands on any of the

four sides of the steel/stainless EX range box. The default thickness

of the stainless steel used for the box is 1.5mm and the one for the

gland plate is 3.0mm. The boxes can also be manufactured with

2.0mm stainless steel or 2.3mm steel upon requests.

스틸/스테인리스 EX 단자함은 5가지 모델로 되어 있으며, 각 모델은 2가지의 깊이(Depth)로 제작이 가능합니다.

따라서 총 10가지의 사이즈를 선택하실 수 있습니다. 깊이는 150mm 및 200mm로 구성되어 있습니다. 재질의 기본 사양은

전해연마 처리한 316L 등급의 스테인리스이며, 고객 요청 시 304 등급 스테인리스 또는 분체도장한 철 재질도 가능합니다.

316L 등급의 스테인리스는 내부식성이 매우 뛰어납니다. 스틸/스테인리스 EX 단자함은, 원하시는 위치 또는 박스의 4면 모두에

케이블그랜드 용 그랜드 플레이트를 장착하실 수 있습니다. 박스의 기본 사양은 1.5mmT의 스테인리스이며, 그랜드 플레이트는
