Ο Δπίηξνπνο Ρπζκίζεσο Ηιεθηξνληθώλ Δπηθνηλσληώλ θαη Σαρπδξνκείσλ, αζθώληαο ηηο εμνπζίεο πνπ ηνπ παξέρεη ην άξζξν 20 (δ) ηνπ πεξί Ρπζκίζεσο Ηιεθηξνληθώλ Δπηθνηλσληώλ θαη Σαρπδξνκηθώλ Τπεξεζηώλ Νόκνπ ηνπ 2004 θαη ην άξζξν 16 ηνπ πεξί Καζνξηζκνύ ηεο Γηαρείξηζεο θαη Δθρώξεζεο Γηθαηώκαηνο Άδεηαο Υξήζεο Γηαδηθηπαθώλ Ολνκάησλ Υώξνπ κε θαηάιεμε «.cy» θαη ησλ Παξαξηεκάησλ απηνύ Γηαηάγκαηνο (Κ.Γ.Π. 276/2015).

ΜΔΡΟ Ι – ΔΙΑΓΩΓΙΚΔ ΓΙΑΣΑΞΔΙ 1. Η παξνύζα Απόθαζε ζα αλαθέξεηαη σο ε πεξί Σξνπνπνίεζεο ηνπ Παξαξηήκαηνο ΙΙ ηνπ πεξί Καζνξηζκνύ ηεο Γηαρείξηζεο θαη Δθρώξεζεο Γηθαηώκαηνο Άδεηαο Υξήζεο Γηαδηθηπαθώλ Ολνκάησλ Υώξνπ κε θαηάιεμε «.cy» θαη ησλ Παξαξηεκάησλ απηνύ Γηαηάγκαηνο (Κ.Γ.Π. 276/2015). 2. ηελ παξνύζα Απόθαζε ν όξνο «Γηάηαγκα» ζεκαίλεη ην πεξί Καζνξηζκνύ ηεο Γηαρείξηζεο θαη Δθρώξεζεο Γηθαηώκαηνο Άδεηαο Υξήζεο Γηαδηθηπαθώλ Ολνκάησλ Υώξνπ κε θαηάιεμε «.cy» θαη ησλ Παξαξηεκάησλ απηνύ Γηάηαγκα (Κ.Γ.Π. 276/2015). 3. Σν Παξάξηεκα ΙΙ ηνπ Γηαηάγκαηνο ηξνπνπνηείηαη κε ην Παξάξηεκα πνπ παξαηίζεηαη ζηελ παξνύζα Απόθαζε.

4. Η παξνύζα Απόθαζε ηίζεηαη ζε ηζρύ θαηά ηελ εκεξνκελία δεκνζίεπζήο ηεο ζηελ Δπίζεκε Δθεκεξίδα ηεο Γεκνθξαηίαο.
